Working at the Mayors house this week… on one of his guest bathrooms, still got another 3 or 4 toilets for the commoners to use 😝 doesn’t like anyone using his gold toilet!!
Strip out, remove the plastic shower boards and tile walls, refit sink, new shower screen., wall cabinet and seal up!! Karen Hill

Small kitchen refurb complete!
Strip out, alter the electrics, new sockets etc, new plumbing, fit out units gloss white J handles (Howdens) fit work tops & sink, install Induction hob & oven. New flooring and tile a splash back. All ready for the decorator to do his bit!

Bathroom refresh!
Old cast iron bath out! 3 layers of wall tiles removed grrrrrr!! Walls boarded & plastered, lead pipework replaced, new long tray installed to create walk in shower and new toilet & vanity unit installed, tiled, painted all ready for floor guys!

Kitchen refurbished! Rewired, Re plumbed, plaster patched up, new kitchen in, tiled and good to go!

Recent bathroom strip out, bath out & large shower tray in for easy access. walls all stripped although most of the plaster boards fell off! re-boarded properly & skimmed by Steve, complete upgrade of all pipework. tiled, new sink/vanity, new w/c, new radiator/towel rail, Triton du-elec shower (these are great) painted up, new floor covering and a few of the customers own bits to add to complete it! Dragged out a little bit due to the bad walls but got it over the line in the end! 👍🏻

Bathroom refurb finally wrapped up my end just waiting on the decorator & flooring guys to do their bit to get it over the line for the customer!
Old cast bath out, walls stripped & plasterer in to do his bit, shower tray, tiled and fitted out! Some tricky bits along the way on this one but all good in the end & customer happy 😊

Kitchen finished off in lichfield, nice units from howdens kitchens coupled with worktops from Walsall worktops 👍🏻

Bathroom makeover complete, finally!! All pipework replaced, re-routed, radiator pipework replaced, gas pipework & condense pipe re-routed !! Replaced flooring, tiled, short holiday while decor done by Gary J. and then fitted out sealed up all good to go! Bit of a head ache early on but got it over the line and it’s turned out nice! 👍🏻👍🏻 flooring by Dave, gas work by Chris, lunch & refreshments provided by Garold 👍🏻
