This one was a new one for us , and luckily we were called in just in time , client came to us with a leaking bath , no big deal we thought until we removed the bath and noticed the water had been leaking for years and had completely rotted away the floor and joist , how the bath hadn't come through the ceiling was a miracle, safe to say we sorted the issue out and the family can now have a bath with peace of mind 😀
