This was one of our installations beginning of February trying to Dodge the Rain ☔️ but managed to dig it off by hand in order not to damage next doors grass.
All waste removed by us & taken to waste recycling ♻️
New Fencing fitted using the Lattice Top Sussex wave pressure treated panels with a 12” & 6” inch gravel boards/Concrete posts.
There was a raised manhole that we had to lower before
Laying a breathable layer of membrane then finished off with the Golden Flint Gravel.
Last job was to give the driveway a jet wash leaving it nice & clean for our lovely customer.

£5 in your pocket and you fancy a burger.... you are not going to 5 Guys.

Remember this post FOREVER

It will help you to get your head around charging your worth.

Now as a client, if I want some work doing and I have a tight budget - I want something quick, cheap and cheerful that does the job...

My quest to find that will begin.

I am not looking for "5 Guys" - I am looking for Maccies...

Now heres the important bit...

If when I, the client, start my quest to find Maccies, I come across your business, and call you to ask you the price of your burgers...

And you come and visit, you take the time to quote professionally, and you give me all the right noises... and you drop a 5 Guys price on me

I just CANT buy your burger:

Not because you're overpriced.

But because i never should have called you in the first place.

Because I only have a fiver.

And that’s the real problem.

Not cheap customers.

Not unrealistic expectations.

Not “everyone wants something for nothing"

The real problem is happening WAY before you gave them the price

Why did they call you?

Why, someone with a fiver, rang the service provider who only sold premium burgers that start at £12.

What is happening in your upstream for that call to have been placed to you?

If your upstream allows budget buyers to reach premium sellers, pricing friction is guaranteed.

Fix that and price stops being the fight

This is IMPORTANT stuff - and I dont care if you dont like the analogy, the point is clear.
