Decisions, decisions…

Picking out render colours to go with the cladding that I am installing on our own house. AJ rendering we have narrowed it down to these three, I know which one I like but which would you choose?

Front section of the hallway and the downstairs WC floors both tiled today…

Time to finally rip out our outdated downstairs WC and give it a fresh new look. I purchased the products for this room around six months ago but due to a number of issues I’ve not been able to make a start on it… well better late than never I guess!!

A bit of maintenance completed on this apartment before putting it back on the market. The shower tray was cracked and needed replacement, upon removing it the plasterboard was also perished so had to be replaced. Rather than retiling I thought I’d try out these large single piece panels. Nice quick install and perfect for a rental property.

When you go to drop your daughter at her new university accommodation and decide to leave some tools in your van ‘just in case’

And then end up building her some new shelving to accommodate her belongings, because she’s the last to move in and all the prime storage spots have been taken already…

Ended up fixing a leak and re-pressurising the boiler too, should be billing the landlord!!

First time creating these LED strips from scratch, I usually get the leads made up but thought I’d give it a go myself. I’m sure the standard single colour ones are simple to make but these CCT were very tricky due to the proximity of the warm white and white connections. I offset the warm white connection to make life simpler, nowhere near as neat as the guys at would have done it but I’m happy with my first attempt 😉👊🏽

Working outside my house and the whole West Ham team and coaching staff walked past. Didn’t tell them it was a dead end so that I could get a picture with our ex-Chelsea and current West Ham boss Graham Potter. He didn’t look too enthusiastic when I told@him I was a Chelsea fan 😉🤣🦁💙
