I had the task of staging this flat for a quick sale. I’m so pleased to say it SOLD after being on the market for 10 days with two offers of the asking price and over!
To achieve this my client used my home staging package which included:

Flat finished and ready for sale!
So pleased with how the design scheme came to life and so is my client.

My brief was to stage get it ready in two weeks on a very tight budget. Results are from subtle paint colours creating zones, using some existing furniture and hiring decor items from myself.

Happy 2024!
A great start for this 2 bed flat which has had a subtle paint job throughout. Next stage is to stage the spaces for the photography next week and potential buyers. Wall colours are skimming stone by farrow and ball and the trail by coat paints.

My client needs to stage her flat for sale in the new year. This is the design I’ve created using original furniture and staged items. The idea is to create a calm and inviting set of spaces which connect together in tones and textures.
