🏡 DAY 4 – NEW EPDM CONSERVATORY ROOF 🏡

Another productive day on the conservatory roof project! 💪

Today we’ve been busy finishing the brickwork, getting the roof joists and framing completed and bringing everything together ready for the next stage. 🔨🏠

Tomorrow we’ll be moving on to insulation and fitting the furring strips, getting the roof prepared for the EPDM system.

It’s really starting to take shape now — plenty of progress over the last few days! 👌

Third day on new roof build, back in Tuesday to finish the brickwork and get the rest of the joists up and build the framework for the skylight.

Another step closer to transforming this conservatory into a warmer, more comfortable space all year round.

🏠 DAY 2 — CONSERVATORY ROOF PROJECT

After carefully taking down the existing conservatory, we’ve added 2 courses of brickwork to raise the finished floor level inside and bring it in line with the main house.

Today we’ve started rebuilding the conservatory and installed the timber wall plates, ready for the next stage.

🔨 Tomorrow: joists go in!
