Do your Gutters need cleaning out and you’d rather do it yourself then I now hire out my New Gutter vacs. I offer half day or full day hire. Very simple process
- contact me on 07548606100 to book your day
- collect the machine from me in Fernhill Heath
- have a quick demonstration how to set it up and operate it
- fill in the form and pay
- take it away to clean out your gutters
- return within the agreed rental time
£100 deposit which will be returned upon return if no damage to the equipment

Another busy day, started with taking the van for its MOT, then over to a care home to start cleaning a patio area and clearing out some blocked gutters, then back to Fernhill Heath to re sand a driveway I cleaned yesterday. Now it’s time to get the van ready for tomorrow’s jobs

As I approach my 7th year of running J&A External Cleaning Services, I’ve been reflecting on how fortunate I’ve been to build such a fantastic customer base.

Every year seems to get a little busier than the last, and that’s entirely down to the support of my customers, many of whom I’ve had the pleasure of working for time and time again. There’s nothing better than returning to a familiar face, having a chat, and helping keep their property looking its best. At the same time, I still enjoy meeting new customers and being trusted to work on their homes.

Over the past 6½ years I’ve cleaned hundreds of driveways and patios, cleared countless gutters, and worked hard to maintain a busy diary. I genuinely believe the secret is quite simple – treat every property as if it were my own, take pride in the work, and never cut corners.

I’ve always worked on a fixed-price basis. The price I quote is the final price, with no hidden extras. I don’t try to be the cheapest, and I won’t reduce my price simply because another company has quoted less. Instead, I focus on providing a professional, reliable service that customers can trust.

As a local lad from Fernhill Heath, where I’ve lived all my life, I believe it’s important to do things properly. J&A External Cleaning Services is a fully registered business, fully insured, Enhanced DBS checked, holds an Upper Tier Waste Carrier Licence, pays its taxes, operates from a fully sign-written van, and I wear company uniform on every job.
