🦠 Our COVID-19 update 🦠
Following the lockdown announcement on 23rd March, we very quickly made contact with all our booked in customers advising them that we would of course be adhering to the lockdown, staying at home and postponing the installation. Kitchen retailers also closed down their showrooms and delivery services. Since then, we have been keeping up to date with guidance from the government and from The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation - BiKBBI, of which we are a member.
We are now looking to make the necessary preparations which will allow us to return to work. We are looking very closely at the strict guidance regarding safety and social distancing whilst working in people’s homes. Also, the PPE requirements which must be followed. This is for the safety of our customers and their families, also for our safety and that of our families.
If you are a customer awaiting a rescheduled installation date, I will be making contact with you shortly once I am sure of all required procedures and all necessary purchases and preparations have been made. You are not forgotten and I hope that you and all your families are well and safe.
These are unprecedented times and we all must find a new “normal”, even once lockdown restrictions are being eased.
