On this job, we needed to reach completion on a fast approaching deadline, so fitting the door linings and doors had to skip the queue a little.

Here we have two cupboards built to house the electrical aspects of this garage conversion.

The brief was 2 pine linings, moisture resistant doors, with soft close concealed hinges and touch latches. Finished off with an architrave frame.

All the grooves in the panelling lined up from the wall on the ground floor, up and over the ceiling, to the wall up on the landing.

Project Barn🪵

Welcome back to the barn, here we have the entrance room and what a transformation between the first and second photo (but that’s not the end result so keep an eye on the page for more!!)

When I started this room, I had to add timber to the walls and arch way to take the panelling. Then clad the whole room and add door linings, architrave and skirting.🚪🚪

Check out the smooth transition where I made sure to line up the grooves on the panels through the arch from one room to another😎😎

Doors on and the projects starting to really take shape👌🏼👌🏼

Project barn🪵

The first of the barn posts, here we have the lounge area, when I first turned up I was battening walls in order to allow for panelling the walls. Panels on, door linings in, architrave fitted, windows framed with details around the vents and skirting boards on. Lastly was the pre-finished oak doors and this area was complete in terms of carpentry👌🏼

I got these fitted on Monday 23rd December as a last minute push on a local renovation project.

New ironmongery supplied and fitted. Over to the clients to sand and refinish now🚪

Here’s a recent build of a frame and doors for a repeat client. I took the measurements off site and had everything cut and pre assembled before entering the property.

This meant I can fly in, lay dust sheets down and get everything screwed in place with minimal disruption👌🏼
