This week is all about
2 Holdenby primed fire doors installed in worthing today.

Tommorow we are off to Selsey to get an 11 bed HMO (bedsit in layman's terms) up to standard ready for their licence renewal.

Teaching the labourer to use a pencil seems to have slowed us down a bit 🤣

Never a dull moment but finally managed to tick off our from my own list.
A huge thanks to ady (A d wingfield plasterers) ceiling freshly boarded with new LED downlights.
Kitchen from Howdens in a lovely sage green & 22mm solid oak worktops including some extra storage installed in the understands pantry.
Painy by Dulux in Apple willow to complement the units.
Grey effect LVT click tiles & natural timber skirting & architrave to finish off.

Feeling a bit flushed with some bespoke toilet units made and installed over the weekend.A lick of paint to follow 🎨

So whilst my off time i have finally managed to tick off a few items off my list of things to do at home.
Almost the last internal doors changed from 1970's white to oak veneer (with all updated to fire doors), now it's just the bathroom left to go.
Built in desk, shelves and redecoration also finished in my youngest room.
And the kitchen that I installed as a temporary measure nearly 9 years ago has now finally been updated.
