We enjoyed taking on the challenge at this property in East Dean, West Sussex.

We started by removing the existing shingle driveway, completed the dig out and preparation by placing in the type 3 sub-base and 2mm-6mm laying course before installing the blocks.

Blocks used are Tobermore tegula hydro-pave slate blocks for the main driveway area, the border is Tobermore tegula hydro-pave block in charcoal and a Tobermore kerbstone in charcoal was installed to finish.

To complete we installed new grass lawn areas either side of the drive and a new fence and gate fitted to the side of the property.

At this property we removed all the existing paving, this helped us get the garden ready for its makeover where we were challenged to create an area that our customer could fully use when using their mobility aids.

We created a path to the side of the property, leading to circular patio using buff Indian sandstone.
An accessible ramp was installed, coming off from one of the back doors of the property leading down to the garden, then a step was created outside the second back door of the home and this was installed with porcelain cladding tiles.
To finish a new hardwearing lawn was installed.

First of a number of jobs completed this year, apologies for the delay in posting on the page, that will change but please bear with us whilst we catch up!

We started with removal of existing patio areas, we then completed adjustments to initial walls - which were then found to not have been built correctly - this then developed into creating a new wall on the right side.
We bullnosed the steps and lights were then installed within the steps and patio area.
Bullnose capping on the wall installed and black ice aggregate to complete.

Our customer chose Valencia grey porcelain paving 600x600 for this project.
