A recent full garage renovation to improve durability, insulation, and overall appearance. Works included the following:

New Roof Installation:
Existing roof removed, All new facias and soffits installed for a clean look and then roof replaced with a new EPDM rubber roofing system, providing a long-lasting, weatherproof, and low-maintenance finish.

Repointing:
Areas of defective or failing mortar joints were repointed, restoring structural integrity and aesthetic consistency to the walls.

Brickwork Treatment:
All external brickwork cleaned and sealed using Storm Dry masonry protection cream to prevent moisture ingress and improve the longevity of the brickwork.

Internal Wall and ceiling Lining:

insulation between all ceiling joist, Internal walls were battened out, insulated, and ply-lined, improving thermal efficiency and providing a clean, robust interior finish suitable for storage or workshop use. All ready for paint for the client.

Exciting news …. We are having a rebrand. This is due to gaining a new business partner, we will still be doing the same work we have been but also now cover much more. For example, all carpentry works, garden rooms, kitchens, renovations and much more.

We also have all the other trades behind us so you don’t need to worry about sorting other trades and quotes for your projects. By all means though you can still do this if you wish to

Another patio finished.
Raj Indian sandstone paving with buff jointing to finish.
This area use to have a slightly larger composite deck that had been down for around 10 year + but unfortunately all the timber framing had rotten below so the customers decided to go with a new patio instead of replacing the decking frame.

We installed drainage through the middle of the greenhouse.
As you can see we added an extra 2 rows of paving slabs as the customer is wanting to put a bench at the back of the greenhouse.

A recent project finished.
We kept the existing circle patio and laid a complete new Indian sandstone patio making it all work together. As you can see creating this curve.
We also bullnosed the step edge to make it a nicer finish.
We extended the existing path to match what was already in situ to meet the new patio.
We also laid the shed base and build the new 6ftx8ft shed and also built the summerhouse. This was prior to the new patio and customer has put a coat of paint on since.
