Industrial stainless steel sink install.

Completed recently in Wotton Under Edge,
a simply like for like setup with slight adjustments which included :

- Levelling of unit.
- Installation of tap and waste on sink.
- Small alteration to copper pipes including the fitment of isolations for easy future maintenance.
- Complete new waste, mirroring the existing layout but in new location.
- Drilling a hole for the new waste pipe location to exit building.

The start of what will be a beautiful industrial style kitchen, dont you think.👌

Completed recently for dear friends in wotton Under Edge.

This cloakroom revamp started way back in December last year but due to investigatory works was put on hold, unfortunately once this was sorted, work schedules clashed allowing only odd days and a few hours here and there ( often weekends ) to move this project forward.

Works Completed :

- Full redecoration including stripping of wall paper and repairs to walls.
-Ceiling repairs and covering the textured Artex.
- Fitment of new toilet including alterations to pipe work and new mains stop c**k.
- Completely new installation of sink including all new pipe work tied into existing system and waste.
- Movement of existing radiator to adjacent wall including new valves and pipework.
- Tiling
- Repairs to floor and fitment of new vinyl.
- New window sill.
- Siliconed and fitment of rails, toilet roll holder etc.

Resulting in a beautiful clean modernised cloakroom for the family to enjoy.

Another Project Complete

J.M.S Maintenance Services & A.K.N Maintenance Service completed a full redecoration and some minor repairs of a two-bedroom property in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.

- All damage and stains treated throughout
- Full preparation of all woodwork
- Walls and ceilings painted throughout
- All woodwork and doors glossed
- Bath re-seal, new shower riser and screen seal fitted.
- Blind replacement
- Window Repairs
- Replacement of perished light fitting
- Sourcing a perfect carpet match to replace a damaged area keeping cost down for the landlord.

J.M.S Maintenance Services recently completed landscaping works at a lovely property of SWR Residential Letting and Property Management Services, located in Thornbury.

Here’s a quick look at what was completed.

➖Old patio removed due to numerous cracked pavers and unevenness.
➖Substrate removed as it had been compromised by root growth.
➖Membrane installed.
➖20mm golden gravel installed to match existing pathways within the garden.

J.M.S Maintenance Services along side A.K.N Maintenance Service recently completed maintenance works at a beautiful period property overlooking Filton Suspension Bridge, ensuring the tenants had a usable bathroom and updated decor on their return from holiday.

Here’s a quick look at what was completed.

➖ Mould treatment, stain blocking and a refresh of decor in affected areas, caused by a previously rectified leak.
➖Complete reseal of the kitchen countertops, oven etc.
➖A partial retile of the bathroom, including extensive works to the substrate, damage previously unknown to us.

Completed over multiple visits to a stringent deadline and budget. Keeping the disruption to the tenants at a minimum and allowing the landlord to budget accordingly when unforeseen issues arise.

We just LOVE a good before and after!

Believe it or not this decking was nearly 10 years old... due to its age, condition and the updated regs it needed to go!
J.M.S Maintenance Services worked hard restoring the garden to its former glory, giving the tenant back a usable space to display her beautiful hanging baskets and potted plants, with out imposing on the neighbours.

Five doors fitted to a 70’s built property, level’s obviously not a thing back then 🤷🏼‍♂️.

Putting a square peg in a round hole come to mind, virtually every side address to fit opening. Additional hinges added as semi solid core doors used, new hardware throughout.

Also a freshold fashion out of a piece of oak to transition to the bathroom where underfloor heating had raised the floor by 40mm. 😳

Owner extremely happy and that’s what we strive for.
