Thin coat silicone render system (Explaining the process)

– Prep
All guttering, cables and fittings are removed to give a clean surface to work from.

– Beads, base coat & mesh
Plastic beads are fitted to all edges and openings. A base coat is then applied with reinforcing mesh embedded across the full surface for strength.

– Flattening coat
A second coat is applied to bring the walls flush with the beads and create a smooth, even surface.

– Primer
Primer is applied to seal the surface and prepare it for the finish.

– Silicone top coat
A 1.5mm coloured silicone render is applied, giving a clean, modern look while protecting the building.

– Final details
Edges are sealed, fittings are refitted, and the job is left clean and complete.
No shortcuts, just a proper system built to last.
