We’ve just wrapped up a series of CPR and defibrillator training sessions for our workforce, making sure our team is equipped with essential life‑saving skills.

A massive thank you to Shawn Ellis, a Trainee Area Leader who has worked with Archwood since 2007, and delivered every session with real expertise and dedication. With over 10 years of volunteer experience as a Community First Responder for West Midlands Ambulance Service, he brought real on-the-ground experience that made the training practical, memorable and impactful.

Empowering our team to act confidently in an emergency is an investment in safety, capability, and each other.
