We have completed a project of a stone cottage in penycae, we removed all the old render, installed eps insulation boards with a pin and plug system, due to the property having no cavity insulation and customer concerned about loss of heat with increased fuel bills. We then completed a base coat of HP12, mesh, and plastics beads, and finished with a powder blue K Rend. Also we installed gutters down pipe in black cast style fascia’s and cladding in Chatterley Green. We made arrangements for traffic lights to be installed and properly maintained whilst scaffold was in place to ensure safety of the public, the whole project took 4 weeks, with some challenging weather conditions over a few of days causing us some delays.
