So this is the last room downstairs to be floored with glued down LVT in a herringbone limed oak! Asphalt floor has been cleaned , primed and the smoothing compound applied, left to dry over the weekend, and today we start to fit the new flooring! We were asked to give a price to replace these beautiful oak worktops in Wrexham, as you can see there was quite a lot of surface damage and marking. The client was only thinking to replace due to this which would have cost a lot of money.
As you can see we set about trying, and succeeding !, to refurbish the surface using an old method, using picture glass to steadily scrape the marks away! Another customer extremely happy for very little outlay!

So a lovely big job is a week in and we’ve made great progress! Keep your eyes peeled for more photos in the next week or two! Work entails….Wall out, new Kitchen supplied and fitted, complete new bathroom, new shower enclosure in en-suite and complete downstairs herringbone LVT tiles to floor! Was tasked by a lovely lady to hide her borehole pump, filter and boiler in her utility room and also reposition her toilet, adding a basin too! Lots of hard work later and she ( and her cats ) are over the moon ! Using sliding wardrobe doors that slide back behind the toilet wall we delivered on that brief!

Quite a complicated fit into a very tight space this one. Hiding the boiler and flue and all the pipes took some work but the outcome was fantastic. Customers were over the moon with the finished result!
