A recent bathroom upgrade where we transformed an outdated bath into a modern, spacious walk-in shower enclosure.

The customer wanted to improve accessibility and make better use of the available space while keeping the project within budget. To help reduce overall costs, they chose to complete the wall tiling themselves after our installation was finished.

Our work included:

✔️ Removal and disposal of the existing bath
✔️ Alterations to the waste and plumbing to suit the new shower layout
✔️ Installation of a new shower tray with full support and correct levelling
✔️ Fitting of a modern curved shower enclosure
✔️ Waterproof sealing and testing of all connections
✔️ Preparing the area ready for the customer's own tiling work

The result is a much more practical showering space that feels larger, cleaner, and more modern than the original bath setup. By leaving the tiling for the customer to complete, we were able to provide a cost-effective solution while ensuring all the critical plumbing and installation work was carried out to a professional standard.

This project involved the replacement of a **1200mm x 800mm chrome quadrant shower enclosure** after the existing shower tray had been poorly installed. The original installation had led to ongoing issues, including inadequate support and water management problems, making a full replacement the best long-term solution.

Our work included:

✔️ Removal of the existing shower enclosure and tray
✔️ Preparation and correction of the base to ensure proper support and level installation
✔️ Installation of a new 1200mm x 800mm quadrant shower tray
✔️ Fitting of a new chrome-framed quadrant enclosure
✔️ Resealing and waterproof finishing throughout
✔️ Thorough testing to ensure everything was watertight and functioning perfectly

The result is a modern, spacious shower with a clean chrome finish, smooth sliding doors, and a solid, professionally installed foundation that will provide years of reliable use.
