Another busy couple of weeks. Manufactured a lovely new back garden gate, regrouted a shower cubicle, replaced some broken floorboards, reattached some guttering that had become dislodged due to being blocked with leaf and roof debris (let me know if you need your gutters hoovering!), reattached a garden gate and by far the most challenging was the return of two heavily ni****ne stained rooms to pristine condition!

A busy and interesting couple of weeks. I enjoyed a few days in a lovely house working through a number of jobs, 4 patches to apply, 3 in plasterboard, one in a floor. Mended a leaking toilet, fitted an outside light, reset and repointed some garden steps, amongst other jobs. All work and no play makes ‘Jack’ a dull boy - so the last pic was a beautiful bass caught (and released) locally!

A busy couple of weeks, mostly redecorating the upstairs of a house, no pics because who wants to watch paint dry…
Had some gutters to clean and reseal( I have a gutter vac for those interested) and also couple of floors to repair. Always use moisture treated chipboard and not
a blob of filler as someone previously had!

A tired and rickety fence replaced with new posts and featherboard, the occupants were delighted!

Another steady week, firstly a ‘snagging list’ after some tenants took over a property and reported the electric garage door was not working correctly, amongst other issues . I found it was still under warranty, called the installation people and they fixed it. Also had a selection of doors to ease now the temperatures have dropped causing some to stick, also fixed a conservatory window mechanism. All in all a very varied week, garden fence replacement and interior painting next week!

A good week, preparing a lovely bungalow for the tenants to move in. A shower curtain rail installed, smoke and CO2 detectors fitted and a lovely feature fireplace cleaned. Pop me a message if there’s any jobs require, including gutter cleaning in advance of the autumn. Thanks, Jack
