This was a rental property so fresh clean and low maintenance was the priority.
Complete re tile with new modern larger grey tiles including repairs to damaged walls beneath and removal of old wood panelling.
New bath installation whilst keeping existing shower, toilet, sink and flooring.
New towel rail, shower door and painting to ceiling to be completed shortly.

Nice little project completed. Removal of old wooden flooring and new vinyl plank grey wood effect flooring laid. Removal of small bull nose skirting and new larger square edged installed for a modern look.
Old electric fire place removed and new floating LED unit fitted on wall.
TV moved lower on wall.
Old wallpaper removed and new paper hung, including all wall repairs behind to give a smoother finish.
Circular shelf hung on freshly painted walls. Doors having undercoat and gloss.
Smaller spaces can be made to feel fresh, modern and bigger by simple designs and placement of furniture.
