Here we have spent a couple of days completing some second fix work to this entrance hall. We were also tasked with trying to find a solution to make the half landing section of the stairs look more appealing to the eye. We did this by removing the sindles and making a false wall to give a more cleaner look once decorated. We also fitted some oak doors including a double set with push to open latches and shelving for shoes. Finally we installed new ogee skirtings all round.

Here we have made a start on a new renovation job. First job on the list was to sort the downstairs extremely uneven floors. all new joist work was installed to correct this and we also managed to salvage most of the old floorboards which was a nice cost saving for our client. Next on the list was to make a start on the additional studwork and widening of all doorways to accommodate the new fire door frames which have been installed throughout.

All is now ready for the next trades to crack on with and we will return shortly to continue the fit out...

Here we built a media wall and added a decorative wood stack into this alcove. The back wall has been built off to hide all of the cables that go to and from the TV and clad using acoustic oak slatted panelling. The shelving within the cupboard has been built to spec of what was required and features a solid oak worktop and led strip lighting around the tv. We also built a drinks cabinet in the opposite corner of the room and added some additional shelving using offcuts of the worktops
