Here’s a converted dormer recently completed on a bungalow, transforming it from a 3 bed to a 4, windows replaced, internal doors & architraves, skirting boards, internal walls moved to create the 4th bedroom.

Been a bit of a tw*t this roof 2 roofs stripped (only priced for the one) to find out the problem was builders had used a 22mm waste pipe for sink,washing machine and dishwasher. Floor taken up in places 40mm waste pipe installed floor reinstated and roof finally finished 👌

Transformed this tired looking dormer with new Fortex pale gold cladding and new lead work, also three new anthracite windows installed.
