All aboard.... the Night Trowel🔨⚒️🪚🪛

We were recently asked to carry out some repair works to a lovely deli shop on Bishopthorpe Road.

This meant the team had to work the night shift outside of the shops opening hours.

Keeping noise to a minimum and making sure everything was spotless and put back as it was for re-opening at 8am next morning.

Taking great pride in our work, we completed this over 2 long evenings.

Wow....take a look a this 🤩

Here's another bespoke media wall we just completed for an extremely grateful customer just in time for Christmas🎄 in their new living room. 😍

We installed original style plaster coving and Picture rails
Brass socket/switch fronts
LED downlights.
New Column radiator with brass tap TRV valves.
Carpets.

The end result is just perfection 💙

Through 2025 its been one hell of a challenge but I feel as the year has gone on, the standard has got higher and higher.

Its very difficult times in the business we are in currently. With costs of materials and tradesmen wages always on the rise It is really, really hard to make a living.

Its not always as rosy at it seems on the outside , please 🙏 support us into 2026, pass us on to friends , family, share our posts.

Took just 2 weeks to transform a property at an amazing price 🔥💸😎

From a new kitchen, bathroom, plastering decorating, electrics, heating , new mains pressured unvented cylinder, carpet fitting and refurbishing original wooden oak floors.

Very proud of this one we've just completed, especially in the timescale 🤩
(Customer is over the moon with the end result)

How's this for a belter of a driveway 🤩😉

This old concrete driveway was tired, old and damaged beyond repair.

We were asked to install 6 concrete pads totalling 60m2, with charcoal Edgings , aco drains and underground drainag included.

Sheets of steel/rebar for reinforced strength in the concrete.

30m2 grid system with alpine blue gravel (now that wasn't easy to find 😄)

Thank you to JD Plant for their use of the machines as always.

Just a little revamp of an ageing roof in York.
Replaced all the facias, soffits, guttering and down pipes as well as replacing all the old ridges for new.

Amazing what a little care and attention can do to improve your home 😍

Scaffold put up by Connect Scaffolding ( Mike Wharram ) , on time and class as always 👏

The roof is now completely watertight and looks amazing.

It is imperative to be extremely precise and very clever to meet the customers requirements.

We couldn't have asked for a better result - 🔥🔥🔥🔥

He wanted the old hardwood pillars replacing with matching brick pillars to his beautiful property.

Using pre-war Imperial Cheshire weathered bricks we found a great match....
