3 more rooms in this lovely family home for good friends and repeat customers..we've in the past done other areas in this lovely property . This time 2 bedrooms both with finish wall paper on feature walls .The 3rd room is a lovely back lounge area that has 2 painted 🎨 colour feature walls . All the other walls brilliant white durable matt and ceilings sane .woodwork finished in osmo oil and satinwood quick drying . Really good job for great people 👏

GLOVERS OFFICES PHASE 2 staircase finished in durable hard wearing hand painted as safety data sheet advises to a good professional finish in dulux trade undercoat and gloss perfect adhesion and hard wearing in a area that definitely needs it .Walls finished in durable matt colour pointing from farrow and ball range ..this visit was touch ups and repair work where aircon system was moved and modernised ..We wood framed and skimmed nicely in gyprock easy filler excellent to apply and sand down to a smooth finish . The walls were rolled in 100% neat durable paint 🎨 and making it easy to repair or re roll or touch up in future with 2 solid non watered down coats with micro fibre roller keeping it nice and smooth . There was ofcourse old paint in places but we made sure to not add any to this and the team hoovered and swept every day keeping it right as job progressed . Enjoyed seeing it finished from what it was when the area was opened up into one big office from several partition walls and separate one's .

Aspire building bootham york ..home to 11 offices and 12 apartments..We originally completed all those way back in 2009 only 2 years into been in business and still working here in 2025 for stonegrave properties where we have redone all the offices in recent years .This time we repainted the front stairwell from ground floor to start of second floor including main front door and mail boxes . Challenging area due to High traffic control on apartments people and office staff etc but all worked around us great and some lovely feed back given . We last did this area few years ago now so nice to freshen up in brilliant white now . We enjoy commercial works aswell as domestic works and always see a job through right . That's another ticked of before Xmas onto the next ..
