Planning application - 5 bedroom house - Rogerstone✅️.

Front alterations and a large rear extension completed for our client. We opted to fully clad the porch and extension with beautiful Shou Sugi Ban style charred timber to contrast the new smooth white render.

These alterations now allow a large open plan kitchen/living space, separate TV room, play room & downstairs toilet - an ideal family home 🏡.

Loft conversion & refurbishment of a bungalow in Aberdare.

We have loved creating this recent sketch as part of a planning application for our wonderful clients.

The design allows for the new master suite to take in the magnificent views over the Cynon Valley, as well as giving the front a modern lift✅️.

Finally get to share this replacement dwelling that we submitted for planning approval last Autumn 🍂.

Equipped with a home office above the garage, a modern open-plan kitchen and living space that opens out onto the beautiful welsh countryside. Not forgetting, a cosy snug with a log burner, perfect for those winter nights 🌨❄.

A bespoke landscaping plan designed for a renovation and extension project🏡.

A sloping site helped us create a split level garden. The upper patio is complete with separate seating and dining areas, as well as a an integrated outdoor kitchen & BBQ constructed from reclaimed stone.

The lower level comes with a built in fire pit, and a small sensory garden leading to a secluded quiet space to the rear of the garden.
