წარმოგიდგენთ ჩვენს ახალ პროექტს ბათუმის ზღვის პირველ ზოლში მდებარე 60-სართულიან, მრავალფუნქციურ კომპლექსს შპს „სიფერლი“-სთვის.

არქიტექტურული კონცეფცია შთაგონებულია ზღვისპირა ლანდშაფტით, ჰორიზონტალური ტალღების რიტმითა და თანამედროვე არქიტექტურის იერსახით. ფორმების რბილი ხაზები და ტერასები ასახავს ბუნებრივ დინამიკას და ქმნის ჰარმონიულ დიალოგს გარემოსთან.პროექტის მიზანი იყო თანამედროვე, გამორჩეული შენობის შექმნა, რომელიც მასშტაბითა და ფორმით ბუნებრივად ერგება სანაპირო ზოლს.

შენობა გამოირჩევა ვერტიკალური, სკულპტურული კომპოზიციით, რომელიც ჩამოყალიბებულია ტერასული განაშენიანების პრინციპით. მოცულობა გაყოფილია ორ ვერტიკალურ ბლოკად, რომლებიც დაკავშირებულია გამწვანებული საერთო ტერასით, ეს სივრცე წარმოადგენს როგორც ვიზუალურ აქცენტს, ასევე საზოგადოებრივ რეკრეაციულ ზონას.

We present our new project a 60-storey multifunctional building complex located on Batumi’s first coastline, developed for LLC “Sea Pearl”.

The architectural concept is inspired by the coastal landscape, the rhythm of horizontal waves, and the language of contemporary architecture. Soft lines and terraced forms reflect natural dynamics and create a harmonious dialogue with the surrounding environment.

The goal of the project was to create a contemporary and distinctive building that naturally integrates into the scale and character of the coastal zone. The building features a vertical, sculptural composition shaped by the principle of terraced development. The volume is divided into two vertical blocks connected by a landscaped shared terrace, which serves both as a visual focal point and a public recreational space.

The facade is articulated with light, softly rounded elements and continuous balconies, giving the building a dynamic and elegant silhouette. Large glazed surfaces maximize the use of natural daylight and enhance visual connectivity with the surroundings, while integrated greenery improves the microclimate and increases the building’s environmental value.

შატო კვირიკეს არქიტექტურული კონცეფცია სრულად ქართულ თემატიკას ეფუძნება.შენობის მასშტაბი, პროპორციები და გამოყენებული მასალები შერჩეულია ისე, რომ არქიტექტურა იყოს მსუბუქი და ჰარმონიულად ერწყმოდეს გარემოს. აგური და აგურისფერი ქვა ქმნის თბილ, ბუნებრივ იერსახეს, რომელიც ერთდროულად კლასიკურიცაა და თანამედროვეც. ფერთა პალიტრა და მასალების ტექსტურა კომპლექსს ცოცხალ არქიტექტურულ აქცენტს სძენს და ქმნის გარემოს, სადაც არქიტექტურა, ბუნება და კომფორტი ერთიან სისტემად ერწყმის ერთმანეთს.

Introducing our new project for Tower Group • თაუერ ჯგუფი.

The architectural concept of the Chateau Kvirike is based entirely on Georgian themes. The scale, pro

portions and materials used are selected so that the architecture is light and harmoniously blends into the environment. Brick and brick-colored stone create a warm, natural look that is both classic and modern. The color palette and texture of the materials give the complex a lively architectural accent and create an environment where architecture, nature and comfort merge into a single system.

The complex, located on an area of ​​​​11,500 sq m, is provided with access roads from all sides, which creates a well-organized and comfortable space.

The first floor of the eight-story building houses public and recreational areas, restaurants, a spa center and an indoor pool, which gives the complex a four-season functional purpose.

შენობის არქიტექტურული მოცულობის ინსპირაციის მთავარ წყაროს წარმოადგენს წყლის სტიქია. ტალღების იმიტაცია, თავისი ბუნებრივი ელასტიური ფორმებით, რიტმულობითა და სიხშირით, საშუალებას იძლევა, რომ სამ მოცულობად დაყოფილი კომპლექსი აღქმული იქნას არა როგორც ცალკე მდგომი შენობები, არამედ ერთიანი კომპოზიციური ნაწარმოები, რომელიც ჰარმონიაში მოდის როგორც გარემოსთან, ისე ერთმანეთთანაც.

ფასადი იდეურად გულისხმობს ერთი უწყვეტი ხაზის არსებობას, რომელიც იწყება საფეხმავლო, მიწის ნიშნულზე, და სივრცეში ვერტიკალურად მოძრაობს საჭიროების მიხედვით შენობები განთავსებულია ზღვის მართობულად, მათი ფორმა კი ზღვის მიმართულებით ვიწროვდება, რაც ხედების მაქსიმალურ გამოყენებას უწყობს ხელს.

შენობის 40% დატერასებულია, რაც კიდევ უფრო ამცირებს მოცულობას და მსუბუქად აღსაქმელს ხდის. პროექტის ინფრასტრუქტურა ითვალისწინებს დიდ გამწვანებულ ღია ეზოს, ღია და შიდა აუზებს, სპა ცენტრს, სპორტულ დარბაზს, რესტორანს, ლაუნჯსა და ღია ტერასებს.

1,3 ჰექტარ ტერიტორიაზე განთავსებულია სამი 12 სართულიანი ბლოკისგან შემდგარი სასტუმრო კომპლექსი, რომელსაც მიწის ქვედა სართულზე გააჩნია 8000კვ.მ ფართობის საპარკინგე სივრცე.

We are excited to share Irakli Emiridze • Alpha Architecture new project for Alliance Group.
The main source of inspiration for the architectural volume of the building is the element of water. The imitation of waves, with their natural elastic forms, rhythm and frequency, allows the complex, divided into three volumes, to be perceived not as separate buildings, but as a single compositional work, which is in harmony with both the environment and each other.

The facade conceptually implies the existence of one continuous line, which begins at the pedestrian, ground level, and moves vertically in space as needed. The buildings are positioned perpendicular to the sea, and their shape narrows towards the sea, which contributes to the maximum use of the views.

40% of the building is terraced, which further reduces the volume and makes it lighter. The project infrastructure includes a large green open courtyard, outdoor and indoor pools, spa center, sports hall, restaurant, lounge and open terraces.

A hotel complex consisting of three 12-story blocks located on a 1.3-hectare area, which has an 8,000 sq m parking space on the ground floor.
