A Modern single-family house with attractive facade. Graystone on the facade and dark woodwork blend in perfectly with the warm, wooden cladding. Unusual, triangular windows attract attention.
A comfortable vestibule with direct access to the boiler room, and then to the garage, invites you to the inside of the house. In the hall leading to the main part of the house, a secluded study, bathroom, and storage space under the stairs have been designed. The day zone is a bright, open space, consisting of a living room, dining room, and kitchen. In the attic, there are three bedrooms (one with a separate space for a wardrobe) and a bathroom with a laundry room.

The project is presented as the face of ultra-modern architecture.
The purpose of the building is an educational institution (School of Science and Technology).
The project consists of two main blocks.
In the central part of the building is located a glass sphere and around surrounded by a second block, which forms a square, where are created additional recreational spaces and an inner courtyard isolated from the street.
The project will feature all types of educational spaces, auditoriums, meeting rooms, entertainment-relaxation spaces, green spaces, outdoor-underground parking areas, and open panoramic terraces.

Contemporary house design.
Just a few hundred meters from the active city street and you can find yourself in the exclusive surrounding of the park. Calm and harmony of nature. This sensation is enhanced by the natural valley. The slope relief on the landscape makes the project more ordinary and organic in connection to nature.
