ქუთაისის ერთ-ერთ მნიშვნელოვან ურბანულ კვანძზე, ილია ჭავჭავაძის გამზირისა და კონსტანტინე გამსახურდიას ქუჩის მიმდებარედ, მრავალფუნქციური შენობის არქიტექტურული პროექტი შევქმენით.

შენობა ორსართულიანია და მოიცავს მიწისქვეშა ავტოსადგომს. მონოლითური კარკასი, ლითონის კონსტრუქციები და ფართო ალუმინის ვიტრაჟები ქმნის თანამედროვე, მკაფიო არქიტექტურულ სახეს, რომელიც კარგად ერწყმის ქალაქის ურბანულ გარემოს.

Located at a prominent urban junction in Kutaisi, near Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue and Konstantine Gamsakhurdia Street, we developed the architectural design of a modern multi-functional building.

The two-storey structure includes an underground parking facility. A monolithic concrete frame, steel elements and large aluminum vitrines define the building’s contemporary architectural character and its integration into the surrounding urban environment.

გეომეტრია, რომელიც ქმნის დინამიკას - მულტიფუნქციური სივრცე ქუთაისში.
ამ პროექტზე მუშაობისას ჩვენი გუნდისთვის მთავარი გამოწვევა რთულ მიწის ნაკვეთთან გამკლავება იყო. არქიტექტურული გადაწყვეტა სამკუთხა ფორმაზე აიგო, რაც შენობის მთავარ ინდივიდუალურ შტრიხად იქცა.

ბეტონის სიმკაცრე, გამწვანებული ტერასები და დახრილი ფორმები ქმნის ობიექტს, რომელიც არამხოლოდ ფუნქციურია, არამედ ვიზუალურ დიალოგში შედის გარემოსთან. ჩვენი მიზანი იყო შეგვექმნა ფორმები, რომლებიც თავისი არქიტექტურით დასამახსოვრებელ კვალს ტოვებს ქალაქისთვის.

Geometry that creates dynamism - a multifunctional space in Kutaisi.
The primary challenge for our team while working on this project was navigating the complexities of the plot. The architectural solution was built around its triangular form, which ultimately became the building's defining individual feature.

The raw aesthetic of concrete, lush terraces, and inclined lines create an object that is not only functional but also engages in a visual dialogue with its surroundings. Our goal was to create forms that leave a lasting architectural mark on the city.
