Dense tree population in the front yard was kept intact and for the purpose of eliminating the distraction from the residence's harmonious blend with nature, the parking spot is allocated in the back side of the building.

As they are paneled with the same material, the wooden terraces almost seem to be growing into walls. In contrast to the first floor, the second floor modules are arranged on a different angle and are covered with black metal sheets. They also accommodate large outdoor spaces for relaxation and interaction with nature. The glass doors of the second floor blocks stand in the corners of each bedroom, facing the city.

⚡️ MAGNETIC

Full project: https://stipfold.ge/magnetic

Environmental continuity became the primary design driver. The buildings are separated into three volumes to preserve natural airflow from sea to inland and to protect the surrounding trees. Two stand perpendicular to the shoreline, while a lower volume runs parallel to it, allowing air, light, and movement to pass freely through the site.

The architecture follows a softened geometric language. Rounded edges and simplified masses replace sharp silhouettes, creating a quiet and approachable presence. Form is reduced to essentials, avoiding expressive gestures in favor of balance and proportion.

A restrained material palette of warm beige stone tones and fluid textures references both sand and water. Green areas are integrated throughout the complex, with a central pool acting as the spatial anchor between the volumes. The result is an environment where architecture supports atmosphere rather than competes with it.

Large openings on opposite ends of the apartment frame uninterrupted views and establish a direct relationship with the surrounding landscape. These expansive glazed surfaces dissolve the boundary between inside and outside, filling the interior with daylight and creating a continuous visual axis through the home. The upper level unfolds as a single open living platform where kitchen and lounge areas merge seamlessly, reinforcing spatial fluidity and openness.

Concrete defines the architectural language. Its solid and neutral character forms the foundation of the space, balanced by soft textiles and warm furnishings. Custom angular shelving integrates into the walls and continues along the staircase, incorporating greenery into the architecture itself rather than treating it as decoration.

⚡️ PUULSE

Full project: https://stipfold.ge/pulse

PUULSE is a two-level penthouse in Tbilisi designed for a young woman and her daughter, shaped around a quiet contrast between daytime calm and night-time intensity. The interior follows a STENSE approach: minimal geometry, limited materials, and strict control of surfaces. The space is intentionally restrained, so atmosphere is created through light rather than form.

Lighting is the central tool. The project was developed to work in three states: natural daylight, a calm evening mode with ambient light, and a more expressive night setting where red tones shift the mood. Music is part of the lifestyle, not the concept, but it influenced the atmosphere and the way the home performs after sunset. Acoustic isolation is also integrated during construction, allowing the interior to support this use without disturbing the surrounding context.
