KD Residence ✨ More than happy to share our recent renovation project in the vibrant neighborhood of Pagrati!

A two-level apartment unfolds around a sculptural internal staircase, where integrated plants and greenery evoke the feeling of an interior garden. Shoji-inspired sliding doors filter natural light and introduce subtle transparency, gently dissolving the boundaries between inside and outside.

R&C House in Karditsa.

This contemporary residence is characterized by its clear geometric composition and connection with the landscape. Simple, rectilinear forms are arranged to create shaded outdoor areas while large glass surfaces invite natural light deep into the interior. The pool and terrace form an integral part of the architectural layout, extending the living experience into the outdoors.
