Lacratis Constructions Partnership (K.D.S. Ioannidis Partnership) was founded in 2010. Based in Athens, the company is involved in residential construction and is the natural successor to the personal company of Konstantinos Ioannidis, which has had a remarkable presence in the construction industry over the past 30 years and more than 50 projects in its portfolio. m the famous ancient architect Lacratis (Thebes of Egypt, 4th century BC), one of the most important achievements of whom was the diversion of the canal of the river Nile. The competitive advantage of Lacratis Constructions is its manpower, which consists of highly qualified engineers and fully trained technical staff. We combine the deep technical knowledge of construction with the expertise over a 30-year-journey. Furthermore, we constantly incorporate many innovative ideas both at the conception and the construction stage, we follow the technological developments in the residential sector and we continuously adapt to the evolving customer demands.
Η Λάκρατης Κατασκευαστική Ο.Ε. (Κ.Δ.Σ. Ιωαννίδης Ο.Ε.) ιδρύθηκε το 2010 με έδρα τηv Αθήνα και δραστηριοποιείται στην κατασκευή κατοικιών. Η εταιρεία αποτελεί συνέχεια της προσωπικής εταιρείας του Κωνσταντίνου Ιωαννίδη, η οποία έχει αξιοσημείωτη παρουσία στον κατασκευαστικό τομέα τα τελευταία 30 χρόνια και περισσότερα από 50 έργα στο ενεργητικό της.
Η εταιρεία μας δανείζεται το όνομά της από τον διάσημο αρχιτέκτονα της αρχαιότητας Λάκρατη (Θήβα Αιγύπτου, 4ος αιώνας π.Χ.), ένα από τα σημαντικότερα επιτεύγματα του οποίου ήταν η εκτροπή της διώρυγας του ποταμού Νείλου.
