TGM16 refurbishment of the townhall of Přerov CZ
Happy to share with you the townhall refurbishment which is under construction. A project which is an outcome of an invited competition of 5.000m2 in Czechia.

Η ανακατασκευή του δημαρχείου του Přerov στη Τσεχία είναι μια μελέτη η οποία είναι υπό κατασκευή και αφορά ένα κτίριο 5.000m2. Προτείνεται μια σκάλα δημόσιου χαρακτήρα στην όψη του κτιρίου η οποία προσφέρει μια δημόσια διαδρομή η οποία καταλήγει στην οροφή του κτιρίου.

🔥🔥Super excited and pround that our proposal of an invited national competition in Brno, Czechia for a school complex with a public school of 14,000m2/860 children received 2nd Prize 🎉🎉🎉 together with Gruppa Studio. Check it!
The masterplan aims to create smaller and intimate yards between the 2 schools. In parallel, the school playgrounds are placed in the stepping roof, children could access directly the yards from the classrooms and the green roofs reduce the environment impact of the buildings.

D. Daskalopoulos Art Building is an elongated three-storey bar which functions as a transition between urbanity and nature. The ground floor is an enlarged public field which starts from the basketball fields, penetrates the building and ends in nature providing a new urban space. A programmatic podium and corridor define the center and structure the floor plan. All the different rooms focus on the natural landscape. The circulation cores and secondary functions are placed in the perimeter of the rectangular volume, recharging the classrooms and providing a flexible floor plan for any event - proposing an art container.
Το Κτίριο Τεχνών Δ. Δασκαλόπουλος αποτελεί μια επιμήκης τριώροφη μπάρα η οποία λειτουργεί ως μια μετάβαση μεταξύ αστικότητας και φύσης. Ο ισόγειος όροφος λειτουργεί ως ένα δημόσιο έδαφος το οποίο ξεκινά από τα γήπεδα, διαπερνά το κτίριο και καταλήγει στη φύση παρέχοντας μια αστική ευρυχωρία. Μια προγραμματική σκάλα (podium) και ένας προγραμματικός διάδρομος ορίζουν το κέντρο και την δομή της κάτοψης. Όλες οι διαφορετικές αίθουσες στρέφονται στο φυσικό τοπίο. Οι πυρήνες κίνησης και δευτερευόντων λειτουργιών τοποθετούνται περιμετρικά των όψεων, προσφέροντας μια ευέλικτη κάτοψη για οπουδήποτε προγραμματική ανάγκη- προσφέροντας ένα δοχείο τέχνης.
