Sneak peak of our latest renovation project in Athens.

The proposal of this 70 sqm apartment focuses on preserving its original terrazzo flooring, a key element the owners wish to retain. The design introduces as few new additions as possible, embracing a minimal retro approach that highlights the existing character of the space. Warm sand tones, as specified in the brief, are used throughout to create a soft, cohesive atmosphere that complements the vintage material and enhances the apartment's timeless charm.

Το Δ.Σ. του Ελληνικού Ινστιτούτου Αρχιτεκτονικής (ΕΙΑ) και ο Οργανισμός Πολιτισμού, Αθλητισμού και Νεολαίας του Δήμου Αθηναίων (ΟΠΑΝΔΑ), διοργάνωσε και εγκαινίασε την έκθεση για την 11η Biennale Νέων Ελλήνων Αρχιτεκτόνων, την Πέμπτη 5 Σεπτεμβρίου 2024 στο Πολιτιστικό Κέντρο “Μελίνα” του Δήμου Αθηναίων.

Το αρχιτεκτονικό γραφείο hope architecture & design συμμετέχει στην έκθεση με το έργο "Θερινή κατοικία στην Ίο".

Το Ελληνικό Ινστιτούτο Αρχιτεκτονικής σε συνέχεια της επιτυχημένης έκθεσης για την 11η Biennale Νέων Ελλήνων Αρχιτεκτόνων στη Θεσσαλονίκη, παρουσιάζει τα διακεκριμένα έργα και όλες τις συμμετοχές του διαγωνισμού στην Αθήνα στον εκθεσιακό χώρο στο πολιτιστικό κέντρο “Μελίνα”.

Το γραφείο hope architecture & design συμμετέχει στην έκθεση με το έργο "Θερινή κατοικία στην Ίο".

Θα εκτεθούν επιλεγμένα προπλάσματα των προτάσεων που ξεχώρισαν, video των αρχιτεκτόνων που μιλούν για τη σύγχρονη ελληνική αρχιτεκτονική και θα παρουσιαστούν όλες οι μελέτες που διακρίθηκαν με σκοπό την ανταλλαγή απόψεων σχετικά με την ανάπτυξη της αρχιτεκτονικής σκέψης και την παραγωγή αρχιτεκτονικού έργου στην Ελλάδα σήμερα.

The Hellenic Institute of Architecture, as part of its activities for the promotion of contemporary Greek architecture, organized the 11th Biennale of Young Greek Architects, in Dec 2023, at the Teloglion Fine Arts Foundation, in Thessaloniki.

It is with great honor to announce that our project "Summer House in Ios" has been selected amongst other participations and distinctions. It was displayed at the exhibition of the works at Teloglion Fine Arts Foundation in Thessaloniki and published at the 11th Biennale of Young Greek Architects Catalogue.
