Set on the rugged landscape of Amorgos, ichNos is an architectural project fully harmonized with the natural topography of the site, overlooking the endless Aegean Sea and the island of Nikouria.
The design approach evolved through a careful adaptation to the terrain, organizing the residence into two distinct zones. The upper level hosts the main house, while the lower zone accommodates four independent guesthouses, discreetly embedded into the landscape.
All spaces are internally connected, creating a seamless living experience while preserving privacy and continuity throughout the project. The architecture follows the contours of the land with the intention of leaving the smallest possible footprint on the natural relief of the plot.

Olive Hill Yoga Retreat
Olive Hill, Paros, Greece.
Set within an olive grove in the inland landscape of Paros, the project unfolds as a quiet walk
through nature. Three villas and a family yoga retreat are integrated into the terrain, preserving
existing olive trees and old ruins. The path gradually ascends toward small “nests” with sea
views, while a pool designed as a natural lake introduces a moment of calm. Architecture
follows the land, allowing the landscape to lead the experience.

A building should not impose upon its environment; it should dance with it.
With the Echora project in Montenegro, our team at Mykonos Architects engineered a deliberate departure from static, block-like construction. We designed a living structure defined by deep organic curves and sweeping horizontal planes. Every terrace serves as a private amphitheater for the Adriatic Sea. Every interior space is drawn naturally outward toward the horizon.
The ground-level entrance acts as a sculpted concrete canyon, welcoming the public realm, while the elevated suites offer an uninterrupted, intimate dialogue with the sunset. This development redefines coastal luxury by honoring the natural, fluid dynamics of the coastline. It is a space designed for absolute freedom of movement and vision.

True hospitality is felt deeply, long before you enter a building.
Our vision for this project was rooted in radical openness. Instead of creating a walled-off enclave, we engineered a hotel that extends an open embrace to the entire neighborhood. We wanted to strip away the intimidation often associated with high-end resorts. Here, the architecture allows passersby to feel a profound sense of familiarity and to naturally participate in the project's welcoming, austere luxury.
A building must respect and connect with its location. As the island changes and shifts over the years, this structure is designed to mutate and grow alongside it. It is not just a place to stay; it is a permanent, evolving fixture of the local community.

We are excited to share a teaser of this new project located on the beautiful coast of Kalafatis.
