MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1/ Designing and supervising construction of building projects for clients according to theirs desires ,requirements and financial resources.
2/ Research ,plan, design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes and building materials.
3/ Take corrective action as needed during projects.
4/ Oversee subcontractors and suppliers perfoming work on the project.
5/ Manage and motivate site team to deliver the project on time, on quality and profitability.
