The members of the interior design and contracting team of Rocco Design Studio ("Rocco"), an affiliated company of ROCCO Design Architects (www.rocco.hk), with decades of experience from a group of qualified professionals, has built a reputation for excellence since the late 2000. Since our inception in 2014, Rocco's design-build services provide project management, coordination of design consulta
nts and tradesmen, project programming and budgeting for commercial (gaming properties and hotels), institutional (medical facilities and libraries) and residential projects (single houses and high-end condominiums) in China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Canada. Project management is often referred to as balancing the triple constraints of scope, time/schedule, and budget, which are presented as the sides of a triangle. We know that the more our clients teach us, the better able we are to provide the personal service they want. Much of our projects in the pipe-line are repeated clients, indicating trust and satisfaction they have for our company and the services provided by our professional team. We are entering a new economy, what we need to be providing are the relevant professional services that both the clients and our team need to understand, enjoy, and connect with the process more fully to achieve mutually beneficial situation.
