The demand for this kind of provisions is increasing in HK, as the government has been promoting "green funeral" to have the ash remains of the deceased return back to the earth or spread into the ocean.

An upper floor extension for the 4 children (2 boys & 2 girls) of the flat owner at Grampian Road in Kowloon City, done more than 20 years ago. The parents lived downstairs with a new connecting staircase. The new staircase required approval from the Buildings Department. It was a tedious process.
All four children are now successful entrepreneurs owning expensive multi-billion properties at the Peak.

原來內地都習慣地專稱設計師為”老師”。之前因為不了解，所以在與內地一大形傢俬廠進行電郵溝通時被稱為"老師"覺得很奇怪，還回覆說”我不是老師，不敢當”。後來有一天看到電視在播映內地節目”夢想改造家”時，發覺眾人都稱設計師為”老師”，我才恍然大悟。真尷尬！😅
It turns out that in mainland China, designers are typically referred to as "Teacher." I didn't understand this before, so I was puzzled to be addressed "Teacher" during an email exchange with a large mainland furniture manufacturer. I even replied, "I'm not a teacher and I don't deserve the title." Then one day, I saw the mainland TV show "Dream Home Renovation" and noticed everyone was calling the designer "Teacher." It all clicked for me. So embarrassing!😅
