Moorgen X Steve Leung | SALUTE「醉」系列智能枱燈發布會

SLD創始人梁志天攜手Moorgen摩根智能，早前以「光的禮贊」為題，在上海地標複星藝術中心啟幕SALUTE「醉」系列智慧枱燈發布會。暮色漫臨，各界嘉賓齊聚現場，暢談光影藝術、跨界合作與生活美學。

現場更聯動麥卡倫珍稀威士忌、巴卡拉典藏水晶兩大奢華品牌跨界同台，成就一場跨領域的美學邂逅。酒液暖光、水晶折光與燈具柔光，三重光影纏繞間，時光放緩，生活的儀式感被推向極致。

光影不必滿溢，明暗相宜，方能讓人靜心感受細節。SALUTE「醉」系列亦是如此：日間是雅致擺件，入夜則光影有致；化身杯墊時，柔暖光影為品酒增添氛圍。設計不止造物，更是為生活塑造獨特體驗。

Recently, SLD founder Steve Leung joined hands with Moorgen to present the “SALUTE” smart accent lamp series under the theme “A Tribute to Light” at the iconic Fosun Art Center in Shanghai. At dusk fells, guests from across different fields gathered to explore light artistry, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and the aesthetics of refined living.

The evening also brought together tow prestigious luxury brands, The Macallan rare whisky and Baccarat collectible crystalware, creating a distinctive cross-disciplinary aesthetic encounter. The warm glow of whisky, the sparkling refraction of crystal, and the gentle light of the lamps intertwined to slow the sense of time and heighten the ritual of everyday life.

The “SALUTE” series seeks a balanced interplay of brightness and shadow, inviting people to pause and savour subtle details. By day, the lamp serves as a refined decorative object; by night, it becomes a layered composition of light. When used as coasters, it emits a soft, warm glow that elevates wine-tasting moments. Design is far more than creating objects — it is about crafting distinctive experiences for life.

談及設計之道，梁志天認爲設計需始于理性思考，融入感性表達；更要懂得換位思考、共情理解。設計可以融入故事賦予溫度，但切勿本末倒置，爲說故事而堆砌。設計師如同生活與空間的導演，好的導演既能駕馭不同題材與預算，也能在設計中體驗多元人生。

Recently, SLD founder Steve Leung attended the Andrew Martin City Tour in Beijing, where he engages in meaningful exchanges with fellow design professionals.

Speaking on his design philosophy, Steve emphasized that design should begin with rational thinking, enriched by emotional expression, and grounded in empathy. He noted that truly understanding others’ perspectives is never easy. While storytelling can add warmth to design, it should not be pursued for its own sake or at the expense of substance.

He further described designers as directors of life and space — capable of orchestrating time, budget, and collaboration, while navigating diverse themes and projects. Through this process, designers experience the richness of different lives, making the sense of purpose and fulfillment in this profession especially meaningful.

These insights resonated strongly with the audience. May we all remain true to our original aspirations and continue to cherish the passion and dedication that define the design profession.

中式雅館「TANG 堂」由梁志天酒店設計 (SLH) 匠心打造，

以「堂」為靈感，融合嶺南風韻與潮汕飲食文化，
以當代設計語彙演繹東方美學。

赤陶與酒紅交織成主調、開放式廚房煙火升騰，

Steve Leung Hospitality (SLH) proudly presents the Chinese bistro TANG,
led by experienced F&B consultant Ms Alina Zhao.

Inspired by the concept of a “hall,”
the design blends Lingnan heritage with Chaoshan culinary culture,
expressing Eastern aesthetics through a contemporary lens.

Warm terracotta and rich wine-red tones set the mood,
while the open kitchen brings lively flames and culinary energy.
Paired with cross-disciplinary artworks,
layered visual elements create a rich, vibrant, and multi-dimensional dining atmosphere.

During Milan Design Week 2026, Steve Leung, Founder of Steve Leung Design Group (SLD) presented a series of cross-disciplinary collaborations, including the debut of “Nature’s Creation” with Yingliang Group and the “Landscape” Collection with YARDCOM. In parallel, he partnered with Sahrai Milano and Moorgen on new works across stone furniture, outdoor living, handcrafted carpets and smart lighting , exploring a fusion of Eastern and Western design languages.

This collection interprets the beauty of order through geometry, structure, and layered compositions, merging architectural aesthetics with traditional craftsmanship.

Steve Leung x Moorgen | GODERE Table Lamp
Inspired by the ritual of cigar appreciation, the design t explores the interplay of light and materiality, offering a refined and sensorial lighting experience to high-end interiors.

Beyond the product launch, Steve led the SLD team to attend a number of brand events and exhibitions in Milan. While participating in the exclusive Milan Design Week event hosted by France’s premier luxury crystal manufacturer Baccarat, he shared the design concept behind Printemps Bleu, a zenith chandelier created in collaboration with the brand. Amid Milan’s interplay of light and shadow, SLD continues to connect culture, nature, and everyday life through design, conveying a contemporary expression of Eastern aesthetics to the world.

新品登場 | YARDCOM x Steve Leung「山水之境」新品系列於國際舞台正式亮相

日前，YARDCOM 院半攜手梁志天，特邀Andrea Bonini共創的「山水之境」系列於米蘭一座百年建築內正式亮相。

懷著對大自然的敬意，揉合三疊漢字意象與模組化巧思，「山水之境」系列延伸出「磊」、「晶」、「淼」、「森」四個分系，分別可自由組合、搭配與轉換的日常家具設計，涵盖凉亭、沙发、花座、茶桌椅凳等全場景戶外產品。單獨一件，自成風景；組合而成，則更見境界。

梁志天於發布會上分享道：「『山水之境』系列讓大家看到：好的設計是無國界的。東方的山水情懷和放鬆的生活，不只是中國人的追求，更是人類共通的嚮往。」

The “Landscape” series, co-created by YARDCOM in collaboration with Steve Leung and Andrea Bonini, recently made its official debut in a century-old building in Milan.

Rooted in a deep respect for nature, the series draws inspiration from layered Chinese character imagery and modular design concepts. “Landscape” unfolds into four sub-series — Rock, Crystal, Aqua, and Forest — featuring a range of outdoor products, including pavilions, sofas, modular planter benches, side tables, tea tables, chairs, and stools. Each piece can be freely combined, adapted, and reconfigured: a single item forms a scene of its own, while together they create a more profound spatial experience.

At the launch, Steve shared, “The ‘Landscape’ series demonstrates that great design knows no boundaries. The Eastern appreciation of shanshui and a relaxed way of life are not only Chinese ideals, but a universal human aspiration.”
