擎天半島 // 淺色格調下的現代雅居

單位以淺色調為基調，巧妙結合玻璃、金屬線條與溫潤木材，配合滲燈效果，打造極致收納卻毫無壓迫感的空間。電視牆採用圓角流暢修飾，一路延伸連接飯廳的精緻陳列櫃，在玻璃吊燈的烘托下，為用餐注入滿滿的儀式感。沙發牆則保持簡約，以俐落金屬線條勾勒留白，方便戶主日後靈活懸掛畫作裝飾。主人房床頭與大廳牆身互相呼應，對向配置木色全高衣櫃；為提升私隱度，設計師重置主廁間隔，並以紋理豐富的瓷磚打造。女兒房則注入活潑生動的床頭設計，並打破原有格局，為其量身打造專屬的套廁。多功能房則留有充裕空間擺放大型高櫃與書桌，完美滿足一家人的日常動線與極大化收納需求。

Anchored in a light color palette, this residence design masterfully combines glass, metallic lines, and warm timber, elevated by recessed ambient lighting to maximize storage capacity without a hint of visual weight. The television wall features fluidly curved corners, extending to meet a refined display cabinet in the dining area. In contrast, the sofa wall embraces a minimalist aesthetic, using crisp metallic lines to frame open wall space, allowing the homeowners the flexibility to showcase artwork. The master bedroom's headboard subtly echoes the living room's wall design, set against a full-height wardrobe in warm wood tones. To enhance privacy, we reconfigured the master bathroom layout, finishing it with richly textured tiles. The daughter’s bedroom introduces a vibrant headboard design, accompanied by a completely replanned layout to incorporate a dedicated en-suite bathroom. The multi-functional room offers ample space for large-scale built-in cabinetry and a study desk, accommodating the family’s daily routines and extensive storage needs.

位於荃灣映日灣的特色單位－這個五口之家的生活空間以現代簡約為基調，天花揉合戶主鍾愛的弧形設計，為大廳注入溫暖氛圍。步入玄關，懸浮式淺木鞋櫃輕盈地減低壓迫感；飾櫃延伸至客飯廳牆身，以深色木材層架點綴，在自然過渡中完美兼顧設計感與大容量收納。主人房以柔和色調配襯弧形床頭與燈槽，盡顯層次；設計上大膽縮細主廁，擴建出以玻璃金屬趟門分隔的步入式衣帽間，兼具通透感與極高功能性。長者房著重流暢動線與無銳角設計，以柔和材質包圍牆面；兒童房則採用圓角傢俬並保留大量活動空間，隨孩子成長靈活變通。

A residence feature at The Aurora, Tsuen Wan - This five-member family home embraces minimalist aesthetic, featuring a curved ceiling design that infuses the open living and dining area with a warm, welcoming ambiance. At the foyer, a floating light-wood shoe cabinet alleviates visual weight; the cabinetry extends fluidly onto the main living wall, accented by dark timber shelving to strike the perfect balance between refined design and high-capacity storage. The master suite uses a soft color palette paired with a curved headboard and recessed lighting to create a rich, layered aesthetic. Strategically downsizing the master bathroom allowed for an expanded walk-in closet partitioned by glass and metal sliding doors, maximizing storage while maintaining an airy openness. The elderly bedroom prioritizes mobility and zero-sharp-edge design, wrapping the walls in gentle textures to cultivate a safe, soothing sanctuary. Meanwhile, the children’s room incorporates rounded furniture and leaves ample open floor space, ensuring maximum flexibility to adapt as they grow.​​

林海山城 // 三代同堂生活空間: 現代與輕奢的交融

了解位於林海山城的單位設計－為三代同堂的大家庭設計的單位，糅合原裝設計與木皮及雲石貫穿長型大廳。飯廳自成一角，位於開放式廚房一邊，完善了正餐功能；大廳盡頭的酒吧區，則以不規則大花白雲石中島結合特色天花，專為輕食與小酌打造。中西廚分區規劃，既流暢備餐又阻隔油煙。主人房入口以半弧形透光屏風提升隱私，後方特設開放式書房滿足工作需求，床頭則運用金屬、木皮與長布展現豐富材質拼砌。兒子睡房更精準劃分出工作、睡眠與視聽區，並隱藏步入式衣帽間，完美貼合生活動線。

Discover the Residence at Villa Lucca - A thoughtfully designed home tailored for a multi-generational family, blending the original fixtures with timber veneers and marble accents throughout the elongated hall. The dining area sets itself apart in its own dedicated corner adjacent to the open-plan kitchen, perfecting the formal dining experience. Meanwhile, the bar area at the far end of the grand lounge features an asymmetrical Calacatta marble island and a striking feature ceiling, custom-crafted for light meals and evening drinks. The kitchen is partitioned into Chinese and Western culinary zones, ensuring a fluid prep workflow while effectively sealing off cooking fumes. At the master bedroom, a semi-arched screen elevates privacy, leading into a dedicated open study behind it that caters to home office needs. The headboard showcases a rich collage of textures, composed of metal accents, timber veneer, and plush fabrics. The son’s bedroom is precisely zoned into work, sleep, and entertainment areas, complete with a concealed walk-in closet.

傲玟 // 設計概念

了解位於傲玟的單位設計－原則大門直望後門，動線略顯突兀，設計師特意於入口處增設一道間隔牆，隱藏後門的同時，劃分出流暢且具隱私度的玄關。面對呈長方形、缺乏視覺焦點的客飯廳，我們在飯廳位置增設備餐區；客廳天花則融入弧形燈槽與假天花設計，修飾原有冷氣之餘，更將屋主的音響設備隱於無形。電視主牆精選質地細膩的牆紙，以低調的肌理突顯空間質感。主人房延續了大廳的淺木色系，床頭與床尾壁面巧妙搭配兩款不同紋理的牆紙，並配置雲石梳妝檯，堆疊出細膩的層次。兩間細房雖然面積有限，但為滿足屋主擺放大床的需求，我們將衣櫃採取懸浮式處理，大幅提升地面的視覺延伸感。

Explore the interior design of this residence at Grand Homm. To resolve an awkward layout where the front door looked straight through to the back door, a partition wall was added at the entrance, concealing the rear exit while carving out a private foyer. Facing a long, rectangular living and dining area, we introduced a dedicated pantry zone to establish a visual anchor. Overhead, a false ceiling with a curved light trough softens the existing air conditioning lines and cleverly conceals the homeowner's audio equipment, while a subtly textured wallpaper elevates the television feature wall. The master bedroom echoes the main area's light wood palette, pairing two distinct wallpaper textures with a marble vanity to build sophisticated layers. In the two smaller bedrooms, a floating wardrobe design was utilized to accommodate large beds without compromising the space, significantly enhancing the visual extension of the floor area.

擎天半島 // 從成長出發 以拱弧凝聚溫度

位於九龍站擎天半島的單位－全屋以日式木調搭配飾面層鋪為基調。從玄關的拱形換鞋座椅開始，特色的弧形半開放式廚房趟門與客廳沙發牆的條紋板互相呼應，配合弧形條子天花與窗邊的拱形設計，凝聚出溫馨的視覺焦點。一組由玄關一路延伸至電視牆的連貫式全高飾櫃，巧妙結合了陳列架，將日常收納與屋主的藏品展示融為一體。推開暗門進入休息區域，主人房靠牆設置了一系列收納櫃，並巧用窗台打造出一方悠閒坐墊區。女兒房則選用粉嫩色調，以雙層床設計為她闢出一片私人天地，並整合了書枱與衣櫃。獨立的在家工作空間則採用大地色調，氛圍柔和舒適。全雲石打造的浴室透過不同色調的石磚鋪砌洗手盆與牆鏡，展現簡潔細緻的層次感。

Beginning at the foyer with an arched changing seat, the home's fluid curves establish a welcoming theme. A distinctive arched, sliding kitchen door mirrors the ribbed paneling on the living room sofa wall. Together with the curved slatted ceiling and an arched window frame, these elements form a cozy visual anchor. Extending from the entrance to the television wall, a continuous full-height display cabinet cleverly integrates open shelving, blending daily storage with the display of the owners' curated collections. The master bedroom maximizes storage with a full-wall wardrobe system while smartly transforming the bay window into a relaxing window seat. Tailored in soft pastel tones, the daughter’s bedroom features a bunk bed to carve out a private sanctuary, fully integrating a desk and wardrobe. The dedicated home office embraces an earthy palette for a calm, soothing ambiance. The all-marble bathroom utilizes contrasting stone tiles around the vanity and mirror wall, adding a clean, sophisticated layer of texture to the space.

雲地利台 // 設計概念

位於跑馬地雲地利台的單位設計－全屋以淺色調與木質元素為基調，局部點綴雲石提升質感。飯廳選用黑鋼吊燈與客廳落地燈遙相呼應，以俐落線條營造分明的對比度；一側設置的L形餐邊櫃貼近廚房，完美兼顧日常備餐與高效收納。客廁以木材延續樸實輕鬆的氛圍，主廁則精選雲石築起精緻感。主人房延續日系風格，將木條子紋理與質感壁紙揉合，並以圓角修飾衣櫃邊角，線條更顯柔和。相鄰細房改造成兼具辦公與全高收納功能的多功能書房。位於另一側的兒子睡房，考慮到成長需求而配置了書枱，並貼心採用安全防撞的圓角設計。

This refined design at Ventris Place, Happy Valley pairs a light palette and warm wood with subtle marble accents to elevate the texture. In the dining area, a black steel pendant light echoes the living room's floor lamp for a crisp, linear contrast, while a nearby L-shaped sideboard near the kitchen seamlessly balances meal prep with ample storage. The guest bathroom features simple wood elements for a relaxed vibe, contrasting with the master bathroom’s refined, curated marble. The master bedroom continues the Japanese aesthetic, blending timber slats with textured wallpaper and utilizing soft, rounded wardrobe edges. Next to it, a small room is reimagined into a multifunctional study with full-height cabinetry. On the opposite side of the home, the son’s bedroom includes a dedicated desk tailored for growth, thoughtfully finished with rounded corners for enhanced safety.
