Thanks to Seoul Hall of Urbanism & Architecture and HKIA, our work "QIANHAI PAVILION: Leave a blank in the busy city" is exhibiting at , an exhibition to support emerging architects with 128 works from 11 countries, in Seoul now.

About the entry:
As the new Central Business District of Shenzhen of P.R.C., Qianhai district is going through rapid city development and the pace of the people is fast.
We design the Qianhai Pavilion, with a main aim to leave a blank in the busy city, offering a quiet space for the people to slow down and de-stress.
A glass facade, that would turn into a translucent water curtain, connects with a huge reflection pool. An elegant and pure urban space is created that allows visitors to relax and meditate.

Thanks the Hong Kong Institute of Architects for offering us an opportunity to design the membership cards for our members.

The new HKIA membership card represents an identity, as demonstrated in the aesthetics - a selection of 4 building materials for different memberships.

While the front of the card remains clean and graphically eye-catching, the back contains all necessary information. As a collaborative effort with HKIA, we hope the card becomes a wallet item that members would proudly present to peers.

Dear fellow members,

At the beginning of a new year, we take great pleasure to announce the launch of our newly designed HKIA membership cards!

The new card is part of the HKIA Graphics Revamp project. Our new membership card now is with 4 categories:
- Member
- Fellow
- Student / Associate / Graduate / Affiliate / Non-resident
- Retired Member / Retired Fellow

Each card is designed together with a building material: Glass, Concrete, Bronze and Terrazzo.

The Graphics Revamp will give the Institute a coherent, consistent and professional image. We particularly would like to thank the Graphics Revamp Taskforce Chair and members, also Minds Archgroup as our Graphics Consultant.

[1st Prize] Forest Bath in Qianhai

Minds Archgroup has won a built-competition in Qianhai - a civic architecture at a 1690sqm site. Our theme "Forest Bath 森林．浴" is a combination of natural scenery and wellness facilities in the city centre of Shenzhen.

It is now exhibited at the Rotunda of Exchange Square Central (Level 3) till end of this week. Have a look and feel free to let us know how you feel!
