Risolì 於60年代初意大利盧梅扎市 (Lumezzane) 面世，至今超過50年歷史，是鑄鋁鍋具的領導品牌。 Dr.Green®產品系列以鑄鋁製造 (產品厚度5-8毫米)，配以耐用的 Green-Stone®３層陶瓷層。生產過程中選用最優質原料製造，加上每件產品皆經人手打磨，確保 Risolì 產品優質耐用，通過uni-en ISO 9001:2000 及TUV 等國際品質認證。 Granito 礦物石系列，以 6mm厚鑄鋁及3層礦物石不黏層鑄造而成，結合了高效耐用、易於清潔及節能健康等特點。明火系列，實踐少油煮食，只需以低火力烹調，食物就能平均受熱，有效保留食物原有味道及營養，節能又健康。
