👀Keeping your buyers ideal home in mind, draw your focus to the following key areas:

🍝The Kitchen - is considered to be one of the showcase areas of the home. This space is where the family will gather for food preparation or a chat, and it should be a clean, comfortable workspace. If the kitchen is looking a little bit dated, replace the fixtures, fix any cupboards and doors, including replacing hinges or tracking.

💦Repair any damaged laminate on your countertop, replacing the surface with stone or granite. Repair leaking faucets and replace them with your old sinks with new ones. You want your kitchen to sparkle.

🛁The Bathroom - Make sure your home is free of water damage.
