This is not an ordinary house. So the story should not feel ordinary either.
It starts from the façade. Strong volumes. Clean geometry. Dark vertical wood panels framed in matte black steel. A subtle beige textured wall to balance the tone. Slim balcony with integrated greenery. Every line is intentional. Nothing random.
Step inside and the atmosphere shifts. Warm. Controlled. Ground floor finished with natural tone homogeneous tiles. Vertical wood wall panels run consistently from floor to ceiling. A floating staircase with slim black steel railing becomes the spine of the house. Hidden LED lighting under each step adds depth without noise.
The dining area becomes the core. Solid wood dining table with natural finish. A custom linear pendant above it, casting warm and focused light. Wood ceiling panels lower the visual scale of the void, creating intimacy without sacrificing height. Full height sheer curtains filter daylight softly.
The kitchen is precise. Full plywood cabinetry with dark wood veneer finish. Black granite countertop with sharp edges. Matte black sink and faucet. Built in hob and oven integrated seamlessly. Straight lines. Tight joints. Clean ex*****on.
Upstairs, a working corner overlooks the void. Slim black railing. Built in bench and backdrop wood panels with indirect lighting. The material palette stays disciplined. Wood. Black. Warm white. No concept jumps. No confusion.
This project demanded control. Tight detailing. Clean panel alignment. Sharp corners. Lighting without leaks. Finishing without compromise.
NKF is not an easy build. Too many details. Too many chances to fail if the contractor lacks precision.
On this project, Artha Prada did not just execute. Artha controlled the process. From structure to final finishing. From façade presence to night ambience.
NKF.
Built with discipline.
