Penthouse goals. The center space has been designed around a sunken conversation area where guests can come together and lounge. Adding a vertical garden behind was a key focal point to the sunken area along with being flanked on each side with a sculptural water feature and additional plantings. The idea of bringing the outdoors in and being surrounded by the natural elements. A garden in the sky.

First impressions for the Private Lift Lobby. Setting the tone for what’s to be revealed. Layering different materials with respect to balance, color and light. The four columns were introduced to represent the four founders which are wrapped in a beautiful African granite which added strength and composition to the space. Adding warmth we used Fume’ Eucalyptus wall panels along with a textured fabric for both ceiling and walls for acoustics.

The foyer of the Beauty and Wellness Pavilion spa space. The element of water within spaces invokes feelings of calmness and wellbeing. Through it’s dynamic and fluid nature it can be used in different ways to achieve a unique and meaningful experience. The waterfall allows water to be seen and heard. The reflecting pool evokes the tranquility of water and its healing properties.
