Design Schematic -

The location is in an English-speaking education environment and many tourists who come from both inside and outside the country make this project very good to be realized. The building that was previously used for gas supply will be transformed into an ice cream shop. The first impression that must be created is the part of the roof made from awnings so that the touch is the first time in the gelato ice cream shop. Then the color selection in those who do not want to look girly so that the elegant color will be used provided there is a photo spot that makes the interior also not look too far from the interior of an ice cream shop in general.

Design Schematic -

With the increase in family members makes the needs of the existing space smaller so there must be an increase in the area of the room. The room which previously expanded from 20 square meters to 35 square meters. The desire of clients who do not want to look dirty when there is maintenance makes the selection of materials more expensive than usual. Starting from WF 300-350 as a new foundation, then the roof is not concrete which does not want to damage the existing roof.

Design Schematic -

The renovation requested has a typical middle eastern concept in the musholla section, then what is done in the children’s room is to widen the size of the child’s room, which must reduce the area of the children’s playroom and find ways so that natural light can enter the child’s room, which is blocked by the child’s playroom. The solution carried out in the musholla is to change the existing color to be brighter with natural stone motifs, a typical curve of a place of worship in the middle east and distinctive furniture. Then the solution for children’s rooms is to spread 1.5 m to fit 4 beds, and the solution for natural lighting is to replace the wall that previously used brick with sliding glass doors as a semi-permanent divider.

Design Schematic -

The Bata Coffee expansion in the area of Jember, East Java, made the design process integrated with culture, temperature, and natural surroundings. The use of vines to reduce ambient heat is the integration steps. Then in the interior of the cafe using the frame floor with parquet coated so as not to damage the original structure.
