Griyo Sedoso is located in the heart of Kalibata, South Jakarta. This project has transformed a compact site into a vibrant accomodation space. Its strategic location, just steps away from the Jaklingko system—an integrated public transportation network—ensures easy access for its future occupant, offering easy access to offices and every corner of Jakarta. Griyo Sedoso transcends mere architecture; it serves as a gateway to urban connectivity.

Griyo Sedoso was once a warehouse storing wedding equipments. This transformation reflects the adaptive spirit of urban development, where spaces evolve to meet contemporary needs. The walls, once adorned with festive banners, now resonate with the vibrant footsteps of professionals alike.

Despite the challenge of narrow 2.4 meter-wide access road and site area of just 49.8 m², this design has achieved remarkable results as this is a very challangeing project. Griyo Sedoso now features five cozy bedrooms, communal spaces designed for shared laughter and late-night conversations, and a compact kitchen. Thoughtful design choices maximize every square meter, creating an ambiance of spaciousness within its compactness.
