A Panoramic view of our lovely SOHO, made from material such as natural wood and bricks, with touches of iron as the blanket that wrapped it altogether. We wanted to give an exquisite look for the SOHO because of its location right beside the main gate that act as the face that welcomes people to the .avenue

The concept of living introvertly would sounds strange, but this concept is perfect for people living in Jakarta. A place to rest your body and mind, a sanctuary to have your zen, a quiet and closed environtment is what you need. Therefore, we also present to you the unit types of Eastwell Avenue houses, our perfectly crafted sanctuary for you to live introvertly.

An isometric explode on each type of the housing and the SOHO that let us see what are the rooms beneath this beautifully crafted building. On the second slide, there are two facade available for this type but both give the same appeal that could catch any passerby✨

Creating the harmony between the owner's lifestyle and the new space is the goal for this extension area. Consist of a courtyard, pantry area, fitness room, carport, and a terrace, this extension allows the space to be more flexible and to make the owner's lifestyle even more fluid.

On the fifth and sixth slide, you'll see a huge spatial difference between the before and after the extension✨

This courtyard is an extension of our ongoing project regarding the JA House that sits right beside the original design.
