The orchid in the photo is most likely Cymbidium Kiwi Midnight 'Geyserland', one of the most well-known Cymbidium hybrids with a striking dark purple-black color. Its distinctive features:

Flower color: Deep burgundy or blackish-purple with delicate white edging.
Shape: Large, thick, symmetrical flowers with a contrasting lip (labellum).
Fragrance: Not all are fragrant, but some have a mild scent.
Blooming season: Generally from winter to early spring.

Care:

Light: Bright but indirect light.
Temperature: Ideally between 10–25 °C (50–77 °F).
Potting medium: A mix of bark, charcoal, and perlite.
Watering: Keep slightly moist, but not soggy.
