The design orchestrates a material symphony, juxtaposing the tactile honesty of exposed brick, timber, and traditional clay tiles with the structural permanence of concrete. โ€‰โ€‰

Hunian modern dua lantai ini merepresentasikan esensi keanggunan minimalis melalui garis rancang yang tegas serta bentuk geometris yang kontemporer. Konsep Desain yang mengadopsi gaya arsitektur Skandinavia yang sederhana namun hangat dengan sentuhan tropis, dipertegas oleh bentuk atap pelana asimetris yang ikonik. Fasad bangunan menampilkan perpaduan warna abu-abu yang elegan dan putih bersih, diperkaya dengan tekstur dinding bata terakota yang memberikan kesan alami serta organik. Dirancang dengan konsep bright and airy, hunian ini memaksimalkan penggunaan jendela besar dan balkon kaca transparan untuk sirkulasi udara serta cahaya alami yang optimal. Sistem kisi-kisi (Louvres) yang presisi berfungsi sebagai peneduh sekaligus menjaga privasi penghuni. Tata letak pada lahan terbatas dikelola secara efisien, mencakup area pintu masuk yang multifungsi. Didesain untuk 3 Kamar Tidur dan 2 Kamar Mandi terbagi secara fungsional dalam dua lantai untuk menciptakan keseimbangan antara estetika kontemporer dan kenyamanan tinggal serta area servis (r.cuci & r. Tidur & mandi ART) dan ruang santai di lantai atas yang tertata apik.
