Never,ever cheat your client,whatever it takes, keep your promise.even if you have to sacrifice additional times and cost.
Keep your promise and let your customer sleep in peace.
Maybe you must pay some more for keeping what you promise but trust me ,you will have positive results,either from that client or from their testimonial.
Never,ever cheat in business,have your own standard,even if your price is slightly higher than others,explain it .and your client will appreciate it.
Never ever tell any problems during process,your customer wants the result ,not your complaint.
Give them a better products if it is posible .
